Use translucent stone as one controlled layer
Approve the actual green-onyx slabs and a full lighting mock-up because thickness, seams, resin, veining and diode spacing affect the glow. Ask the fabricator about sealing, heat and acid sensitivity, ventilation and service access. A printed glass or porcelain panel can give a related look where translucent natural stone is impractical.
Balance gloss with walnut, linen and smoke
View full-size pomegranate and pumice doors vertically under the installed task light; high gloss reveals fingerprints, waviness and reflected colors.
